I took advantage of the $24 Monday piercings. Surgical steel jewelry is included in this price. You can pay extra for jewelry upgrades. I went around 6:30pm, the wait was around an hour, with a long lineup, so go early!
The studio is located upstairs, there is seating in the waiting area. You can fill out a form then return later to get your piercing if you like.
The actual piercing experience was great, the piercer was very nice, and professional even at the end of the day. It was one of the most painless piercings I’ve had, with sanitary processes. (I’ve had a ton of piercings and let me tell you this piercer was truly skilled and amazing).

It was my first time getting tattooed. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I had my councelling for tattoo design with Alex, I showed him few references and gave him my idea of tattoo and within 24 Hrs he provided me uniques sketches for go ahead.
Alex is super talented, he keeps you indulge in conversations and diverts your mind away from pain, extremely calm and has a strong attention to detailings. He will also provide you the instructions and after care.
The appointment booking part is also easy going.

Rachel at Steel and Ink was SO amazing! I came in to look at some jewellery today and didn’t intend to buy right away. She was so kind and was so helpful with choosing a piece – I ended up splurging and changing out two piercings which she helped me pick.
I’ve been to a few “well known” piercing and tattoo spots, and I was not met with kindness like I was with Rachel today. She also took a look at my friend’s piercing who thought had an infection.

My tattoo by Alina is one of my favourites I’ve ever gotten, she is so dedicated to perfection and her talent is really exceptional. I also got my ear pierced and received excellent care, they have a good selection of jewelry as well. Their sanitary practices are the best I’ve ever seen, having gone to 5+ studios over the years, they show you all of the equipment they’re using and show all the needles are sealed and not expired, which I really appreciated.
