I first met Wolfgang (founder of ivories.ca) when I was recording a classical CD at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto. His tuning was so impressive that I booked him to do a variety of technical services on my 9ft. Steinway Concert Grand Piano. The work included tuning, voicing, regulation of the action and a full re-hammering of the piano. The piano he resell are in good quality.
It comes with 15 years of warranty on the piano he sells and a free tune up 3 weeks after delivery. We would buy their baby grand, however, they don’t have the brand we like.
We ended up with an used Yamaha U3 which looks new, the keys are in very good condition. We will definitely come back again for a baby grand/grand piano if we need to upgrade.
