Owner / Manager (Male) extremely rude. Bought a nose ring as my REAL gold ring had fallen out. Needed something temporary as I was going to buy another gold ring the following day. Staff member was friendly and even helped clean it all and tried helping me put the ring in. Staff dropped the ring where we couldn’t find it.. The Manager REFUSED to give me a new one and forced me to pay again. He was treating me as if I was stealing from the store although paid for the item with receipt in hand. They over price products and need some training on how to be polite to shoppers. Ps. they charge 40+ for hair hair products you can buy at Winners for $15.00. do not recommend this awful place. I spent $242 on real hair as they said “looose Deep 16:18/20 length within 10 days of Jamaica I had to have it cut out !! Ruining my hair – I specifically asked them which hair I should use for the island and swimming in the Bay – when I returned all the women did was smile and bin her head like a bobble – do NOT Trust the Asian lady behind the cash she is a wicked lying thief !! My mother and I always come back to this store because everyone is friendly and helpful. Our last visit with Regine was great, she helped me choose a wig that I loved and she was so patient with me. She even recommended a spray and 4 packs of hair for two U-wigs. We hope to see her again next time we visit because she is so pleasant. [k]
