I had a great experience at Cornerstone Physiotherapy with Quinn. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. For the last four years, HealthMax Physiotherapy is my physio- health destination. I can’t say enough good things about DJ Kim and his team – exceptionally competent, honest, affordably priced, and lovely people. I’m so glad to have found his clinic to help recover from my torn ACL/MCL.
I was having major pain in my left leg and lower back for 10 days. My wife insisted that is long enough and I have to go to see DJ Kim for pain relief. She said this because DJ and his team recently helped her to be able to walk again. She became a believer and by now, so am I.
A few days previous to this I had been to the hospital. There the doctor checked me over and looked for blood clots. When the doctor found nothing wrong he then sent me home with directions to do some stretches. That didn’t quite make sense to me as I was still in so much pain.
I was lucky to call when they just had a cancellation. I was there in minutes. However, within just a few minutes of my first appointment with Physiotherapist DJ Kim he had correctly diagnosed my situation as sciatica and began relieving my pain.
Within the next hour I not only felt pain relief, I also learned what I should do and I learned what I should not to do so that I could avoid the pain from starting up. I’ve had four follow up visits so far and each time I’ve experienced pain relief plus additional information on how to manage my specific situation.
I am giving North York Physiotherapy five/five stars because of the overall experience based on the team effort. They are friendly, professional and affordable. DJ is a great Physiotherapist to begin with and together with his team they perform like a well oiled machine. One might notice that it helps to be on time for their appointment. [Jeff Horodyski]

I went to this physiotherapist after I was in a car accident. I had the opportunity to work with a concussion specialist Lauren. It has been incredible to be able to have care from somebody who really focusses on your personal situation. I had a lot of symptoms and every time I go in it’s clear that she’s focussed on my situation and truly giving me the best help. I’m so grateful for that at the start. The staff here are excellent and helped me recover my strength and range following my shoulder surgery! I worked with Lauren the most and she was able to work through the stiffness I had following surgery and now I’m able to do all the activities I used to do before my injury!

Dr. Paul is very professional in his assessments and services but also treats his patients with respect. I had a great experience with Aaron. He is knowledgeable and patient. After each appointment, he would write a well summarized report to include all the key points I need to know for recovering. Aaron works on Saturday as well so his schedule definitely fits mine. The location and service of this Physio is also very good. It’s easy to access and the Physio is providing the parking voucher so I do not have to pay on the weekends. The staff here is really nice.
