We had a good experience here. They were able to accommodate our request to be in the same room for our massages. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because it was a weird location and there wasn’t free parking at the building. We parked at the Tim Hortons as suggested which was about a five minute walk away, so not horrible, but it would’ve been nice to be able to park at the building. Additionally the building it is in seemed closed on the weekend. We had to call the studio and wait for someone to fetch us from the lobby to let us upstairs. The employee was very friendly though! Massages were nice, we did the $45 aromatherapy massage. It was a full body massage. We had requested for the massage therapist to focus on our shoulders and upper back. Instead, we received a full body massage with a lot of time seemingly focused on our legs. The massages were very nice, we were both surprised by how nice the leg massages felt. Anyway, the massage started at 11:20am and finished at 12:15pm my massage is supposed to be an hour. All the linen on the massage bed were stained and look dirty but smell clean. I sent a contact message via your website to book four appointments. Not receiving any response, I decided to call for updates on my message.
The receptionist asked me, “Where did you contact us?” I explained that it was through your website, in the “contact” section via the survey.
She then informed me that she didn’t receive any message.
I reiterated my desire to book four appointments, and she interrupted, asking me to use “simple words”???
The service at your center may be well-qualified, but the receptionist I spoke with on the phone doesn’t know how to communicate properly with your customers.

My visit to the spa for a Valentine’s Day hot stone massage and facial package was, unfortunately, less than satisfactory. The receptionist’s unwelcoming demeanor set a negative tone, and despite a considerable investment of around $250 in a 90-minute session, the massage and facial treatments fell short of expectations.
The practitioners lacked proficiency, particularly in executing the hot stone massage and facial procedures. In addition to this, i noticed a hygiene concern when I saw that they used unclean water was used during the facial cleansing process.
Moreover, the spa failed to fulfill the promised package inclusions. Elements such as steam for the face and a hot oil massage for both hands and feet, as explicitly outlined in the package, were regrettably omitted from the provided services. This discrepancy between the promised and actual services significantly contributed to my overall dissatisfaction with the visit.

My husband and I just got back from our 1-hour full body Thai massage with Mai. We came with no high expectations since we’ve already tried a few places and we found most of them lacking. Note that we are from an Asian country known for cheap but awesome massages so we do know what we want from a massage.
However we were pleasantly surprised this time – Mai paid a lot of attention to our needs and always thought of our comfort. Pressure was good and consistent, loved how she walked on our backs! Exactly how we have experienced it in Thailand. For those who’s not used to this technique, you have nothing to fear. Mai is careful and would always ask if you feel any discomfort and adjusts her pressure. If you have a lot of aches, do try this. We walked away feeling refreshed and ready to sleep. I recently had an unfortunate encounter with the manager at Message Addict. Despite a mistake in my last name on their records, the manager insisted it was correct, even though the invoice clearly indicated otherwise. I recently started going back to the gym in preparation for my upcoming wedding and haven’t gotten a massage since 2018. After hitting the gym hard for the past couple weeks, I was overwhelming sore and book a massage first thing that same morning. I was able to book online with Tatiana for 3:45pm that same afternoon. After attending meetings all day I left my office 30min early to be on time for the appointment.( Sitting in Traffic) I got there just in time and was told to fill out the health forms before going in. The girl at the front desk seemed welcoming at first but by the time I completed the forms and handed them back to her, her mood completely changed. She went to the back and gave the RMT Tatiana my forms and came back to the front and told me that I would only be able to a 50 min massage. I asked why? She responded, because I got there at 3:45 the RMT wouldn’t have enough time to complete the full hour. At this point it was now 4pm. I asked will I only pay for 45min since that’s how long the massage will last? She responded NO, ( with an attitude) and that I would have to pay for the full hour. I explained I would be happy to reschedule for a time when I can come back and received the full hour. At the point Tatiana grabbed her stuff and stormed out the front door. The reception explained that she would have to charge me for a cancellation because I wanted to reschedule the appointment. I asked, if time was an issue why couldn’t I have completed the forms after my massage? My information was already in the system. She did not answer me and proceeded to cancel the appointment at no charge. Overall the service at this location is absolutely horrible. Andrew RMT is the best kept secret in the area! He is experienced and knowledgeable. I would rate Andrew top 5% of all massage therapists in Toronto. Andrew (RMT) is absolutely amazing, he has strength and knowledge that makes his massage able to really rejuvenate and heal. he understands how the muscles and tendons and parts of the body are connected, and he can identify the deep roots of symptoms. he can assess what’s causing pain or problems, and has amazing skill and strength to then heal with massage. he was able to explain to me how my body was functioning and taught me stretches and exercises to continue maintaining my health by myself.
in my life i’ve had to have massage regularly for tension and various health issues, so i’ve seen over 100 massage therapists over 25 years, and Andrew is at the top.
i had a foot problem that made me feel disabled and painful for 3 years, and he has healed it, so much faster than i could have imagined. chiropodists and physiotherapists were very limited in what they offered for me, but Andrew got to the root of the problem, and then taught me how i can maintain my health for the rest of my life.

Great massages. The only thing is I went in for a 30 minute massage but they definitely did not let go until I changed my mind into getting a 60 min one. I know it’s for the business and I respect the hustle but not everyone has a budget to get a 60 minute massage at times and I hope they are mindful of this next time

The room is cold. I’m really disappointed with the staff. First of all, the lady was burping every time, yawning too. She didn’t equally massage the body. Second of all, she frequently forgot to put body oil, which was irritating my skin. At the end of the session, she begged for the tips. I’m really confused. Never had experience like this before. One of the RMT’s in Toronto! I booked a massage with mark and I was expecting only a relaxing massage but they also fixed my chronic shoulder and lower back pain. I went for my first appointment today and it was wonderful. Evelyn is so friendly and kind. Amazing experience! If you’re looking for a great massage with a spa-like feel, this is the place you should go to. The hours of operation at this location is phenomenal, as they open from 10am-9pm Sunday to Friday and 9am-9pm on Saturday. Parking is limited, but it is free! I’m very happy I found this little gem.
