Traditional shawarma recipes with traditional sauces and those good middle eastern pickles and turnips. I have only gotten the wraps here, but I am very satisfied with just that. All their other food looks good as well and they make it all fresh to order, so expect to wait a bit longer than osmow’s, but also expect better quality and flavour. Also with tax in a wrap costs 10$ exact. Pretty good deal if you ask me.
The staff also are very friendly, and I feel so comfortable eating in their establishment.

We tried a couple of their new menu items such as the Cheesy Garlic Bread and the Cheesy Chicken Shawarma Boat and they were both amazing. The mixed grill was also good but not as delicious as the other two. The spicy pita bread served with the mixed grill was very spicy. Their hummus and pita of course were great as usual. Nice and fresh!

Yes. It was a really good experience eating here. The shawarma sandwich was excellent. The staff are efficient too. I was able to see them diffuse a situation with an unpleasant customer and make them feel satisfied. Good value (especially their daily specials), however it would be nice if there was a bigger size Laffa option. They have small patio seating as well. Definitely be back. [Dave]
I have been a customer here for a decade. The Chicken shawarma on the rocks/rice, is horrible. It used to be my favorite dish. However, its disgusting now. They get the chicken from a metal bin, which is SUPER oily, and has a ton of fat and skin, so most bites have a rubber feel. I cant trust what they put in these bins so i avoid foods that come from these bins.
If youre the owner, stop putting skin and fat in these. it makes you look bad and cheap. go back to the less oily meat with less fat and NO SKIN. I feel cheated [Omar H]

The foods are good but the prices are too high. You can find similar quality of foods in Darband Restaurant with half the price. Most probably this would be the first and last time we go there.

Food was really good! However, service could be better. We specifically asked if our dishes came with basmati rice since it was written on top of the menu and our server confirmed that rice IS included with the nan and kebab. Food came and there was no rice, turns out, only bread was included.
Second, my friends order 3 ginger ale and asked for the canned ones but our server gave us 2 bottled ones and 1 canned ginger ale. But it’s ok, she changed it after we asked her to.
Third, we asked if we could get split bills based on our orders but our server gave us one bill and just divided everything equally into 6. We wanted split bills because we each had different orders with different prices and some even ordered drinks while some did not. When she came back the second time, the bills she gave us didn’t have the correct orders per person. Only one of our friend was correct so he already paid his. After this, we just asked if we could get one whole bill and we’ll just manually compute our bills ourselves but they had to deduct our friend’s bill from our bill since he already paid for his. The third time we got our bill, they added a gratuity fee (which was not included originally in our first bill!) Our server never mentioned any gratuity fee to us and what’s worse is that the gratuity fee was based on the individual bills she gave us before. So we had to pay 6 gratuity fees in total on top of our original bill.
Would come back maybe for take out, but definitely won’t be dining again because of the service. Maybe server was new, but hopefully she’ll be better next time

Horrible food and service. Chicken was overcooked barely able to chew and so bad we gave up eating it, extremely stingy with the amount of salad they give you, If you ask for pickles they barely give you any and can see them counting each pickle and onion. Rice was very under cooked . Charged 37 bucks and most of it went into garbage. Used to be good when they first opened up but clearly not the case now. Even a dog would not eat this food as it did not appear fresh and may have been cooked the day before. We ended up going to Bourbon Chicken in the same food court and paid 12 bucks less for better food and bigger portions! [randolph ouimet]
